Whether it’s navigating an acute incident, a complex treatment or even your own family, Gold RN is here for you. Through active listening, we arrange a plan you are comfortable with, ensuring you have a voice and become your advocate, navigator and liaison in order to deal with the stressors you have so you can focus on you.
Often it is hard to even know what you need in times of crisis or high stress but Gold RN will look at your case and identify what you need to become whole again or as comfortable as you can be.
Gold RN provides advocacy services for our clients in hospitals, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. If you are not satisfied with the services you or your loved one is receiving, we can provide an objective assessment and advocate to resolve care issues.
Gold RN will work closely with your entire medical team to confirm everyone is up to date on your current medical status and secure efficient and prompt communication. This includes checking that there is a plan of care in place and being executed, that you are receiving necessary and proper medications and treatments, that follow up care is established and arranged, and your comfort is being addressed whether you have a chronic illness or for end of life care.
Gold RN discusses all information with you in understandable terms, where you have a voice as well. We go above and beyond to enable you to be an active participant in your own care.

As patient liaisons we work directly with clients and their loved ones. We provide the support that clients need to make smart, informed decisions about their healthcare. Some of these decisions may include finding proper placement for you or your loved ones and researching options to allow you to make the best decision.
We serve as intermediaries addressing concerns on behalf of you and your families working in tandem with your healthcare team. We assess client well-being, suggest improvements, and interpret medical services and procedures to clients and families. We also work to humanize the healthcare experience.
