Gold RN uses an onsite nurse-based treatment model as it is ideal for clients who seek discretion, yet want a competent delivery of care. 

One of our nurses will stay onsite 24/7 during detox to monitor your progress. Your nurse can provide coaching through withdrawal symptoms, and administer IV therapy. Further, your nurse will utilize the use of vital signs, pulse oximetry, and withdrawal scales to assure you are treated in the manner your withdrawal symptoms require. 

We remain on-call for you whenever you have a question, need some advice, or just want to talk through any challenges you may be having. Together, we will help ensure you get the best care for a safe and successful detox. We also get to know you, use your strengths and identify your weaknesses to help recommend an aftercare plan.
